The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Acts as the primary contact to clients and brokers and represents the benefits of TU Group Products.
• Proactively sells TU Group products to new and renewing clients.
• Creates and maintains positive customer/broker relations by responding to questions/problems/changes or escalating them as appropriate.
• Responds to phone inquiries from claimants and providers.

• 2-3 years experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English as well, a second language is required (French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese).
• A passion for getting the details correct.
• Proven sales experience preferably in a call centre environment.
• Successful completion of Level One Insurance License (within 2 months of start date).
• Must be able to work flexible hours (M-F 6am-6pm; Sat. 8am-4pm; Holiday shifts).
• Superior customer service skills that consistently demonstrate professionalism.
• Must be results–oriented with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite and database).
• Successful completion of a criminal record check.
