What you will do

The Claims Clerk performs a variety of clerical and reception duties including: typing, word processing, data entry, record keeping, file maintenance, photocopying, faxing, scanning, receiving, sorting and sending mail, writing letters and other general clerical duties.

What you will bring
  • Previous clerical experience (including word-processing/data entry).
  • Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing business correspondence.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and analytical skills and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Must be a team player.
