As a growing, viable and successful organization, we are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator and Account Management Representative to join our team.

What you will do

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Supports the day-to-day needs of the Sales Team and contributes to the team’s over-all success by ensuring that communication is consistent and service standards are met.
  • Organizes and coordinates both broker training seminars, broker trade shows and other events for the Sales Team.
  • Sets up new contracts in the database; monitors and follows up on missing information when required.
  • Professionally represents TU Group to partners, customers, suppliers, and others over the phone and in person.
  • Provides office support such as being the first point of contact for the office’s clients, organizing office supplies and coordinating mail pickup.

What you will bring
  • Completion of 1-2 years’ post-secondary education (business or travel and tourism related studies) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, ability to speak French is preferred.
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Strong customer service skills and focus.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office Suite, databases, internet, and Lotus Notes.
  • Team player with demonstrated initiative.
  • Detailed knowledge of TU’s and competitors’ products an asset.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
